The manufacture of molds for glass products has been the main profile of the company since its foundation. The nomenclature of glass products that have been produced on our forums over the years is estimated at hundreds of names. The accumulated technological experience of working for the needs of the glass industry allows us to confidently take our place in the market and offer our customers optimal solutions.

Our advantage is that the company constantly conducts design and technological work on the development of production methods, as well as the fact that cast irons of its own production with a specially selected structure and chemical composition are used for the manufacture of molds.

The molds are made of alloyed cast iron with a given structure (vermicular, spherical, lamellar) and nickel bronzes.

Since 2008, the expansion and modernization of production has been carried out only through the introduction of imported CNC machines of the latest generations, from HAAS (USA). Processing programs are created using modern CAD/CAM systems. High-precision equipment combined with the experience of our workers allows us to accept orders for non-standard machining of parts.
